Please note: To ensure we have enough time to hear each of your histories and establish clear goals, the initial intake session is 75 minutes ($300). Subsequent sessions can be 50 or 75 minutes depending on your needs.

The standard therapeutic hour. This duration allows enough time to check in, process current stressors, and do deep clinical work.
Brief/Check-In Session (40 minutes): $125
Available for established clients or specific focused work. A condensed session for maintenance and symptom management.

Insurance
- I am an out of network provider.
- I can provide a superbill (a medical receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
- Please check with your insurance provider to verify your "Out-of-Network Mental Health" benefits prior to our first session.
Sliding Scale
- A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available for those with financial need.
- Please inquire about availability during our intro call.
